Short Term Patients

Your goals are the same as ours – we want you to feel renewed, we want to restore your independence, and we want to rehabilitate your body. We want to do all of this as quickly and easily as possible. As a short-term patient, you may not spend much time with us, but we will be sure that you feel like family while you are here. Upon admission, you will immediately begin working with one of our wonderful social workers, who will guide you every step of the way throughout your journey, and will also develop the discharge plan that helps you transition back to your life. Discharge planning is designed to ensure that you once you have achieved your rehabilitation goals with us, you can return home to the supportive, safe environment you need to maintain good health.

Long Term Residents

It is a privilege and honor to be selected by someone for a long-term stay, and we can assure you and your family that we will do all that we can to make you feel right at home. Your social workers will serve as your advocates, and as a source of ongoing support and friendship for you and your loved ones as you make this important transition in your life. Whether obstacles arise with insurance, or family caretakers are struggling with treatment choices, your social workers are there to help you navigate the complexities. They are also there to cheer you on, to celebrate your successes with you, and to give you everything you need as your story here takes shape.
