My Mother is scheduled to leave Carillon next week and I just wanted to let you know how much my family and I appreciated the quality care my Mother has been receiving. Simply outstanding. We have been very impressed by everyone from the nursing staff, to the PT staff, to the event staff, to the aides, to the cleaning and maintenance staff, to the admin staff, to any other staff I may have left out.
No one has an easy job here , yet you would never know that by everyone’s attitude and the care they provide. Very impressive. Please extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to the entire staff as well as Carillon’s Director of Nursing and to Joseph Carillo.
I actually prefer not to mention names since everyone is so good, and I don’t know everyone’s name.
